Qualities:
LigEPT yellow powder/granule, with a small bitter, no poison. The density is 1.70. Decomposable temperature is 300 ordmC.
Soluble in chloroform, acetone, partly soluble in benzene, ethanol, CCIfour. Insoluble in gasoline, water and ethyl acetate. Decomposion when conference powerful acid and powerful alkali.
Application:
Used for NR, IR, SBR, NBR, EPDM and latex. As a secondary accelerator in blend with PZ and EZ. Similar performance as EPT at curing temperature in dry rubber software.
Has reduced scorch and better processing security. Appropriate for mould curing. Need zinc oXiHu (West Lake) Dis.de and stearic acid as activators in numerous sorts of rubber batch.
Easily disperses in rubber, yield non-sXiHu (West Lake) Dis.Hu (West Lake) Dis. and non-discoloring products. Primarily used in the manufacture of laEPT merchandise, foam rubber, laEPT coating gloves, etc.
